What you give us
The short form on the home collects the deposit line you name, a phone, and your name. The longer form also collects an email if you offer one, the size band you choose, when a month last closed, and the sentence you write about the deposit. No extra field is hidden behind that list.
Opening the calendar and picking a time hands the booking details to Microsoft Bookings. Those details reach this same practice.
An enquiry is kept long enough to answer, and longer when a signed engagement needs the records behind it. A phone call is enough to ask that an enquiry be dropped, to ask what is held, or to correct a line. The footer number reaches the person who can do that.
What is collected on its own
A page view may leave two random identifiers in your own browser. One lasts. One ends when the tab closes. The referring page and any campaign tags on the link can travel with them. They stay on our server so we can see which pages earn their place.
Do Not Track, when the browser sends it, turns that recording off. There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics script. The network that delivers the pages still logs ordinary request data so it can limit abuse.
Personal information is not sold. It is not shared so someone else can advertise. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.
A change to this page is made on this page. A material change is not announced somewhere else and left out of the text you are reading.
What the form never asks
The form does not ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, or a street. Records that a later engagement needs are requested after a scope is signed, on the channel that letter names, rather than on this public page. A sentence about the open deposit is enough to start.
Once you open the calendar and choose a time, Microsoft Bookings keeps that booking on its side and sends the time here. That box is separate from the form. The form alone, with the calendar never opened, is a complete way to reach the practice.
A note with no engagement behind it is kept only while the answer is being written. Ask on the phone and it is dropped. Records under a signed engagement follow the retention that letter names, and they return to you when the work ends.
No profile of you is built for someone else to buy. The two identifiers a page view may store live in your browser, and Do Not Track stops that recording. That arrangement is not a pixel from an ad network.
